Scope
The lyric video tool uses browser Canvas and MediaRecorder to animate your local photos and captions. It exports a 6-second silent WebM. It does not call an AI image or video model, animate a person with AI, or clone a voice.
Prohibited content
- Pornographic or NSFW content: sexually explicit content or sexual services.
- Violence or gore: graphic injury, gratuitous gore, threats, or content encouraging violence or self-harm.
- Hate speech: content promoting hatred, dehumanization or discriminatory violence against a protected group.
- Child unsafe content, including CSAM: any sexualization, sexual abuse, exploitation or grooming of a child, or material that endangers children.
- Deepfakes or impersonation of others: deceptive impersonation, misleading claims that a real person performed or endorsed content, or non-consensual intimate material. Our service does not offer voice cloning or AI face animation.
- Copyright or trademark infringement: unauthorized protected lyrics, recordings, images, logos or other material, or misleading use of another party’s brand.
How to report content
Email [email protected] with subject “Content report”. Include the share URL or song/order reference, the category involved and a short explanation. Rights holders should describe the work or trademark and the basis of their claim. Do not redistribute suspected child-abuse material or attach illegal content. For a browser-only local video, describe the issue and provide lawful evidence if needed; that video is not uploaded to our service automatically.
Platform-side content moderation
We use manual, report-based content review. We do not currently run a separate automated audio moderation model or claim that every song is screened before delivery. On receiving a report, we prioritize credible child-safety, serious-harm and unlawful-content concerns, examine the available submitted lyrics, generated audio, share-page content and relevant evidence against the six categories above, and assess the context. We can ask for clarification, restrict shared access while investigating, and record the decision and action. We notify the affected user or reporter where appropriate and lawful. Reports can also identify harmful output even when the original prompt appeared acceptable.
Enforcement measures
Depending on severity and repetition, we may issue a warning, require changes, remove content or disable its public share access, temporarily suspend account access, or terminate an account. Credits connected with abusive or fraudulent activity may be forfeited where lawful; ordinary unused-credit refund rights and mandatory consumer rights remain protected. Serious suspected illegal conduct may be reported to competent authorities when required or appropriate. We retain only the evidence needed to investigate, enforce decisions or meet legal duties.
Review outcomes and appeals
We aim to provide an initial response to content reports within seven business days, with credible urgent safety issues prioritized. A complex investigation may take longer; we explain the status where appropriate. To appeal a restriction or removal, reply to the decision email or contact [email protected] with the reference and supporting context. We review the appeal and may restore access or uphold the action.
