Terms of use

The service

Birthday Song With Name lets you create personalized birthday songs with a name in the lyrics. Sign in, buy credits, generate songs, download full MP3s, and share them with recipients.

Using the creator

Use a first name or nickname and only share details you are comfortable entering. Do not enter private or sensitive information about someone else. You can edit the lyric draft before you generate.

Credits and purchases

Credit packs and gift packages create a purchase when checkout completes. One credit covers one generation that returns two full versions. Generated audio is licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass payment, reverse-engineer the studio, or submit unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
